We are currently lookingfor a full time Lead hand to support our sort in our Medicine branch!

Your main functions willbe:
Supervise the unloading of the truck;
Supervise the work of a package handler team and ensure the quality and efficiency;
Communicate labor needs to the Service Supervisor;
Insure the use of health and safety work methods and behavior into the team.
Participate and assist in employee's training.
Monitor performance of employees.
Ensure working environment is kept clean and organized.
Lead by example and assist employee's wherever they need help.
Requirements:
Experience in a warehouse position would be considered an asset;
Knowledge in computer software;
Knowledge of health and safety regulations;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent stress management;
Autonomous, prevalent, ability to connect with people;
Capacity to adapt to changes
Have your own means of commute.
