Appcast is adding to its partnership team and is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our network of job site partners in Europe to propel job ad distribution to the next level. This position wil be located from our Dublin, Grand Canal Office, Dublin 2. We offer a flexible hybrid working week. All potential candidates must have eligibility to work in Ireland with no requirement for visa or sponsorship at any stage throughout the process. Responsibilities:Evangelize Appcast products and services: identify leads, create a pipeline for outreach, conduct exploratory conversations to share the value of Appcast job board solutions. Prospect and connect with new, potential partners over the phone, through email, and in person (post-pandemic). Manage a book of business: maintain and grow successful partnerships with clients. Identify new revenue opportunities.Ensure client satisfaction, knowledge share and pilot new job marketing opportunities.Demonstrate a clear understanding of current and prospective partner product offerings in order to offer solutions for, or enhancements to, providing value to partnerships.Meet and exceed monthly performance goals tied to partner touchpoints and revenue generation. Speak to data across internal stakeholders. Speak to data with partners to identify improvements or for measuring success.Participate in QBR process to define accomplishments, improvements, and strategy.Be an industry expert. To be successful in this role one must become an expert on job seeker traffic patterns in the recruitment advertising industry, and on the marketing techniques that drive these outcomes.Partner routinely with our Advertising Operations team to generate and share valuable data insights to partners, identify trends, and to implement technical solutions during the onboarding process.Contribute as both a strong teammate and individual who has excellent communication skills, grit, and ambition. Qualifications:Minimum 3 years experience working with onboarding partners, creating pipeline, "hunting" for opportunities and closing. A solid outbound Business Development B2B background. A top performer in your team, looking for the next challenge Demonstrated ability to cold call prospects and be comfortable talking on calls, being curious, owning your work and executing all phases of onboarding and growing partnerships.Excellent time management skills, ability to balance large and small tasks in unison.
