We have an opening for one full-time and permanent position of the Customer Service Managing Supervisor.
Job Duties:
- Plan, direct and evaluate the day-to-day operations of the company’s customer service management.
- Maintain lasting relationships with customers, determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers and conducting surveys.
- Maintain the logistics and transportation service status by coordinating with other departments and carriers to ensure safe, reliable, and timely shipment of products to customers.
- Maintain accurate manual and computer records of customer shipments.
- Evaluate customers’ complaints, respond to their requests and issues, and ensure that they are dealt with satisfactorily, reporting service failures to source and making recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Improve customer service quality by studying and evaluating market research and trends, determine customer demand and satisfaction and effect of competitors’ services.
- Train and manage staff and assign job duties.
- Implement the company’s marketing strategies to achieve the sales goals and improve the customer satisfaction.
