Bayshore Home Care Solution in London is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to join our amazing team.

What you'll be doing:

As a visiting community nurse, you will make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of home nursing care to our clients. This includes but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention.

We believe in a holistic approach to care; as the primary care planner you will teach, delegate tasks and functions to different levels of workers and client family members, while maintaining our industry's highest level of practice.

Availability is Monday through Friday and every-other weekend.

Job Qualification

Qualifications

Registered Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing

Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Must have a valid CPR certification

Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check upon hire
