Position Summary:
At PRT, we thrive when our people thrive. We're currently looking for an Executive Assistant to be the supportive force who underpins our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be an autonomous, proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to senior executives. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on Executive Assistant to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations. Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have:
Post-secondary education with either a diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration or other relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior executives. Experience with Board of Directors and/or Private Equity environment would be an asset.
Possess advanced Microsoft Office suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Nasdaq Boardvantage an asset
Operate with high level of confidentiality and adherence to corporate compliance, reporting and company policies
Proficient scheduling and time management skills
Strong event planning and project management skills
Organizational skills and flexibility to accommodate last minute changes and unplanned requests
A strong communicator both written and oral across various roles and relationships, and handles interactions with care and professionalism
Efficient and effective with a strong understanding of task precedence and priority
Additional skills that would be preferred:
Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems

Location:
Currently the position will be based out of our Armstrong, BC Admin Office. The position will likely be relocating to a future Kelowna, BC Office.
